You can mount this pot underneath a floating pickguard and actuate a volume or tone control comfortably from a totally concealed position.It is recommended to use a small plastic washer and file out one side of it to make a horeshoe shape that can then be glued to the underside of the pickguard. This provides the pot with something to mount onto when installing it onto the pickguard.
